I am 30 wks pregnant and Diabetic, which means I have a lot more doctor visits then normal. I will be raising my son on my own, but I am in need very badly. I am on Social Security- I do what I can to pay my bills, but because my obgyn is in the town over it cost a lot in gas to get to my appointments. I have been to the food shelters each month but still I am in need. I am very stressed because I 'am doing this alone. I need help badly... If any could help I would be greatful...
